Thank you for the opportunity in allowing me to express my views. I have been playing the freelotto for a number of years, but have never won. But recently I have been getting several notice of Congratulations, Notifications Messages saying that I have won and that I must Validate in order to get my prizes. I have done each one at least four (4) times but have never been paid, and there were a good number were sent to me. I would give you a run down of that I have been talking about.
