The only reason I ordered contacts from this company was the very unspacific tag at the upper right hand corner that says "$30 off, $30 rebate on now!!!" That is all the tag says. Not click for more info. Or anything spacific. So I order two very expensive boxes expecting to get my rebate. I then click on conferm and what do you know, NO REBATE. I call the 866 number and ask the rep. About the rebate and I am told that it will be in the box. I get the contacts a week later and guess what, NO REBATE!!! So I call again and the little girl I talk to is very rude, laughing like I am stupid for not knowing that under the tag it says "Order 8 baxes for only $24.14 per box with Acuvue rebates!" Now how is that spacific in the fact that you need to order 8 boxes to get the $30 rabate. She tells me in a smart ass tone "then how would you put it?" from which I say "how about You get $30 off with the order on 8 boxes!!!" I guess that is too hard, for them. And then she says "Well I am not the web designer, you can give them your suggestions!" I am a very educated person with a B. A, and many other certifications for my field of work, and this little girl I talked to tries to make me feel like I am the stupid one for not reading it right. The only reason that I am stupid is for ever using this company to purchase anything. I will never use them again and will never recomend them to anyone... Thanks for nothing...
