Ripoff removed money from my account without my approval, or consent

I checked my bank statement and noticed a $10.00 charge that said it came from WLI*RESERVATIONREWARDS.CO, I called the number and I was told that I signed up for it from classmates.com. I did join classmates, but NEVER remember a pop up or anything referring to RESERVATION REWARDS CO. They advised me that they would cancel my membership, but would not refund the money that they'd been withdrawling since May! I'm very very angry!
