Issue with Our Relaxation, Inc (Tampa, Florida) - Myrest.com

New waterbed sheets were needed by us. I've bought blankets online previously but couldn't remember the seller. Several fast searches on Google brought MyRest.com up. Their house page provided "Free Delivery" and so I looked over their choices and discovered: (Big type, my wording, Little type, ripped from their site)

"Poly-Silk King Sheet Set Wine". Referred to as "Poly-Silk King Sheet Set Wine

Produced from the greatest quality silk accessible, these blankets are extremely sleek, clever and soft. Your silk blankets are magnificent firmly woven, and tough." Costing $69.95.

I searched to get a return policy within the "Consideration Services" part of the Website but noticed no limitations, simply the process to come back a product.

I put an order on May 27th and compensated with my charge card. The blankets appeared on June 8th. It had been instantly obvious these weren't the blankets I'd requested upon starting the bundle. These were NOT " clever smooth and soft " but had the consistency of cotton that is inexpensive.

I returned the MyRest.com and finished the "Return Merchandise Type" which included my blankets currently outlined. I shipped the package, and adopted all directions carefully, detailing the RMA signal on the exterior of the bundle. I employed "Delivery Confirmation" about the bundle. The bundle was sent by uSPS on June 15th to Our Relaxation.

By June 30th, used to do not need a credit on my credit card and so I applied the "Contact Us" on the website and have why no credit. I obtained an automatic reaction on July 3rd declaring: " our factory has declined Your blankets on July 2nd and a reason. The blankets is likely to be delivered back for you. They're a nonreturnable item.".

I called Our Rest’s 800-number, talked to Debbie and was handed down to Todd. After redialing and being disconnected, the issue was described by me. Todd advised me that, by Florida State-Law, blankets were " not returnable ". I discussed not what I'd requested and the blankets I'd obtained weren't what were explained on the internet site. Their reaction was ostensibly, shit that is challenging! The blankets would not be taken by them back and that I wasn’t likely to get my cash back.

Essentially, I did so NOT get the product I requested. Our Relaxation possibly delivered dedicated fraud or the incorrect sheets within their explanation of the blankets. They dedicated a deceptive deal from the beginning given that they declare that California legislation prohibits the return of blankets. They delivered a low-grade of product understanding ahead of time the client had no option. Our Relaxation took $69.95 for blankets they didn't provide and charge mean 7.26 in shipping, and also to day haven't delivered me the blankets as previously mentioned within their mail.

I'd highly recommend that anybody considering creating a purchase from Our Relaxation, rethink and selected another merchant!
