Ripoff - Jason cancelled the move and refuses to give me refund

I hired the company to move some furniture. I told them multiple times I had to be out by mid Dec. After prepaying this company, Jason cancelled the move. He then accused me of harassment because I kept asking for my money back. I have every e-mail that was written between us both and it clearly shows that HE cancelled the move. I had already moved out of state and had to pay someone else to move it, put it in storage and then in my new state I had to repurchase everything (clothes and all). When reported to BBB, he told them that I just didn't have the money to finish paying him and that is why I want my original money back. Because I am broke. I have a copy of the cashier's check that I had ready to send to him. Basically he is blaming me for backing out when it's been his fault all along.
