Ripoff contractual claims

My wife and I have had a yearly maintenance contract with Precision Quality Services and there associated plumbing department Pipetech for several years now. We recently moved from Chandler to Casa Grande. I called Precision on Tuesday 8/8 to change my address and request some help installing a couple of new thermostates. I was told that the manager would call the next day to try to help me with the thermostates. On Wednesday 8/9 my wife was contacted by Precision to inform us that they did not service Casa Grande. I looked at the contract to see if I could get my money back for the time left on the contract. It states 'If customer decides to cancel contract for any reason there will be a $45.00 processing fee, at company's discretion'. It does not state anywhere on the contract that no remaining money on a contract will be refunded. I contacted Precision this morning (8/10) and spoke with Jeremy. He said that I could either transfer the contract to the new owner of my old house in Chandler or to my new house... But not in Casa Grande. I told him that I wished for Precision to either fullfill their contractual obligation or give me the prorated amount of my money back. Jermey stated that they would do niether.

I've pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I will not receive the approximately $300 that they owe me back. I would hope, however, that this posting will be helpfull to others that may be considering Precision Quailty Services/Pipetech for their heating/air conditioning or plumbing needs. Thank you!
