Cancelled wedding

We booked a wedding (agreed on contract terms and gave a substantial deposit which was cashed), only to be informed (via email) two weeks later, that they would be closed on the date we booked for our very special occasion.

Needless to say we are devastated, we had already informed the guest when and were the wedding would be held, we even reserved a block of rooms at a hotel recommended by Mountain Winery.

They're handling of this very important life event has been devastating to the bride and groom and the whole wedding party. They didn't even have the courtesy to call. We were informed via email, and then in response to an inquiry we made.

I don't know about you, but I would be very leery about doing business with a company that treats it s customers in this cavalier, unfeeling and disgusting manne
