NOT safe - Warranty NO good Ripoff

After investigating a NUMBER of problems, I discovered that although this company uses what they adverstise as being "Enviromentally Friendly" products they IN FACT use Sodium Hydroxide which is LYE!

Dead grass—dead plants—fortunately no dead family members.

Consumers are told you could DRINK what they spray on!
After 8-10 months the decks look WORSE than they did before the expensive treatment.

After the sale custmoer service is invisable... Cannot even get a return phone call let alone action.
My advice&call "the others"—they've GOT TO BE better!
