Ripoff! Office nightmare! Avoid this company don't walk away run as fast as you can!

This company contacted our office to say that our toner cartridge price was about to go up and to save money I should order in bulk (stock up). I have never ordered from them but figured the company I usually deal with bought them from this company (gullible me). They sent the shipment and then sent me a bill for over $5000. Then they call back saying me next shipment is ready! And if you say you refuse they threaten to bill you for an even bigger amount! You can't return anything and they make it sound as though you are locked into what they say is your order. WHATEVER!!! After arguing with them on the phone several times I was finally given the name of a representative who said that she'd write off any balance and that I wouldn't ever hear from them again - we'll see.

I can't stress enough the need for federal investigation into this bunch of low lifes. It's a scam in the worst way. Avoid this company and Buyer Beware!!
