Telephone company ripoff, charging when shouldnt, charges for nothing dirty ripoff dogs

The telephone company puts things on the phone without asking, they dont take things off when asked to. They charge for things that are not there and when asked about it they say its certain taxes. They disconnect the phones then 2 days later sed out a notice that if i dont get ahold of them to make arrangements it will be disconnected, which is already to late. They ask for more than 3 deposits fro 1 person. They have people working there that forget to put information in there computers about the accounts and what is to be done with the accounts. You pay your bil in full over the phone and 3 days later you get yet another bill saying i owe 600.00. Thats just some if you need more i have it. Than you.
