Rebate - still waiting - bought product 10 months ago

Two RAZR cellphones free after rebate was promised. Hidden somewhere in the fine print was a requirement to wait 180 days before submitting the rebate and a multitude of other conditions which were all met. Four $125 rebates in all to make up the $500 total.

The rebates were received by the company on April 4th and 5th of 2006. They should take 8-12 weeks to process and get to us. Much too long after waiting 180 days to submit them, but that time has come and gone.

When I call they have no information as to when we will get our money and I'm told that instead of being processed in Arizona they have now been sent to White Bear Lake, MN. This begins to look like a nationwide shell game.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Arizona and am awaiting its outcome. Today I have been in contact with the Attorney General's office in MN and KY. I will await the outcome of the BBB complaint before submitting complaints with the states involved.
