American Home Shield Service Master Co. Ripoff replacement part inadequate time of emergency service to long mix and match

I had an ac compressor go bad my, unit was an lennox the unit they replaced was a payne. The service tech said though interchangeable the payne was not a direct performance match but that is all they would authorize. I had to call the company back out because the unit quit cooling, the tech said it was low on freon so it was a new call. I guestioned them about the freon charge when it was installed they stated the units come precharged from the factory they did not have to adjust the level which would be b.S. Because the unit can not hold enough freon to fill the condensor and lines. Next call was because the inside condensor fan quit when i was out of town the house was 98 degrees i called about emergency service on a friday night, but they would not be out until monday. When asked what constitutes an emergency they stated it would have to be 105 degrees out side first in my region, it was not expected to be but about only 100 degrees the next 3 days i would have to wait unless there was an medical reason. Although i have had several repairs made to warrantiable items it was not without considerable wait time example the microwave took nearly 3 weeks to be repaired by a company nearley 100 miles away one way, when the washer machine was repaired it took only 2 days because they are based in my area, i asked about microwave repairs he said they do that type of job for this company, and questioned their reasoning for using someone so far away. I would not recommend using this company i will be looking toward other companys upon renewal.
