I was contacted by this company who gave this incredible offer, it did however sound to good to be true, after speaking with the representative for about 20 minutes I went ahead and gave the deposit. I called back about 3 days later to verify the information that was given to me and everything was fine until I received a letter in the mail that was totally contrasting the information I was given on the phone. I called the company to dispute the information and request a refund which was denied, I requested to speak with a supervisor whom was conviently in a meeting, I was then transferred to a very nasty individual by the name of Maggie who tried to out talk and over talk me, and was of no assistance. I have since then contacted the BBB, Office of Consumer Affairs, and my bank to try and get this resolved and receive my refund.
