Failed to take any action and tried to relist me again

On October 24 I gave Copeland Marketing $699.00 to rent my timeshare points in Fairfield (good at any location).
Once they had my money, the agent (Rick H*) refused to return phone calls and never contacted me with a prospective renter.

Last week (July 6) Rick called me. He tried to sign me up as a new customer. When I identified myself as a current customer, he said he would check on my listing and call me "right back". Needless to say, he never called back.

I am filing additional complaints with the Florida and Maryalnd attorneys general and the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida, which has already revoked the Copeland Marketing memebership because of repeated complaints.
