Ripoff, fraudulent billing

My wife took their call and was told she could receive a free pager for a 30 day trial and if she didn't like it she could cancel. Well she called them and they told her she had to send them a letter stating she wanted the account cancelled, which she did, now several months later a $20.55 bill is showing up on my phone bill. I try contacting them but cannot get thru.
