S Larson Offered a free trial for 30 days if cancelled within the 30 days, I cancelled they charged me anyway and now they will not refund me $442.00. Ripoff

ATT&T Universal Credit Card Credit Protector Department Offered a free trial for 30 days, if cancelled within the 30 days there would be no obligation or charge. I cancelled and they charged me anyway and now they will not refund me $442.00. They say they checked there recorded messages and could not find my cancellation call. I know I called within the 30 days because the young man I talked to said "Why are you canceling so early you still have 2 weeks of free service" he then spent 20 minutes trying to sell me another policy for less money I finally just had to hang up. I have called, written letters and all I get is a letter from S Larson stating the fees are Valid and non refundable. Let's face it this is a scam. They make the free offer hoping you will forget to cancel and they can take advantage of you. If you do call to cancel they can say "Well, we can't find your call on our tapes". Who knows if they even tape the calls.
