Why Slander "good" companies - you ask?

First off, it is now 6/23/06 and if a check was actually sent on 5/22 from Lewisville - we should have received it by now. If the check is only for $200.00, then we are still owed another $100.00 when we actually paid $300.00 for the gate.

One would be able to see this on the copy of the contract if it had ever been returned to us. Eric (his partner) picked up our copy because Jamey said they had lost their copy and would need to make a copy for their records and return it right back to me. I am still waiting on that as well. One can see by this point; I was way too trusting of these guys.

It was never expressed to Mr. Powell that the gate was completed, If Jamey is speaking of the gate that is currently up well then - please do feel free to stop by, and I will be more than happy to point out all the things wrong with the fence. Hey Consumers, Wouldn't a "good" company come by after the work had been completed, maybe walk the finished product to make sure everything was to their standard? We have yet to see them much less ever to have met Jamey. I have included some pictures for the consumers along with Cowboy Fence to see what paying over $4K got us.

Secondly - Why would Cowboy Fence even be looking on usacomplaints.com to see if anyone had reported them?

Last but not least - Do take a look at the BBB - they have had someone file a complaint for the very same reasons I have, and the BBB is still investigating my claim.
