Ripoff dishonest fraudulent signing

We did not want this pool and I called and cancelled with the bank and the pool depot called us and told us we had to get the pool and they sent us paper work to sign, but we never sign or sent it to them. So they toke it aponde themselves to sign our names and ss# as our dl. And sent a crew to install it and all a long we have told them we were not paying for it and didn't want it it casued us to file bankrupcey and now they have a judgment on us...

The pool has been good, they have sent us a new filter when it went bad, it is rusted at the simmer so now iam in the middle of seeing if they will repair or replace the wall...
