This agency provides horrible service - beware! Ripoff

This is a horrible agency that should NOT be in business! They take your money, send you to Russia where there is no baby waiting and terminate contracts without refunds! I would like to prevent anyone from using this agency because they are NOT nice people and their customer service is horrendous. Do your research when looking for an agency. There are many good ones but this is NOT one of them.

They kept some of my money, did not remimburse me for wasted time and money spent travelling to Russia and now I will be taking them to small claims court.
