Ripoff on money and pictures, no returns consumers call or e-mail, left with nothing

Pictures of my newborn twins boys were taken on march 16-06 by jane the photographer at St Mary hospital. I had to write a check up front so when the proofs came in on the back of the order form i was simply not content. The pictures were taken the day of my release from the hospital. After my release date from the hospital i have made nurmous attempts to contact them either through e-mail or phone and til this day i have only recieved one e-mail from them stating that they will pull my order form out and cancel it and then send me a confirmation number. Since this e-mail they have vanished and all i am left with is a brochure of thier store with a non existing address, proofs on the back of my order form, the lost of my money and frustrations. They don't return calls; they show that their customers ARE VALUEABLE and they love to RUN OFF with your money because they don't have a store placed any where. The address listed on their brochure is simply a mail box thus they can never be reached hence I do not recommend anyone ordering pictures from Storksphotography.
