Ripoff dishonest disrespectful fraudulent threatening slanderous

Upon solicitation by the company via telephone, I submitted two accounts for attempted collection by JSA. I was intially contacted by a "Lisa, " a "Heather Clark, " and then ultimately by a "Melissa" and given a "special" rate of commission. After hearing nothing from them for a month or so, I called to inquire about my company's account with them. Nobody seemed to be able to find me on file at first, but then it magically appeared and the employees were still "working on it."

Almost a week later, a representative called my business and asked if I would be interested in employing the services of JSA for collections on any delinquent accounts. When I informed this individual that they were (supposedly) already working some of my accounts, the response was sheepish embarrassment and then a curt goodbye.

After hearing of no activity on the one particular account for over 60 days, I made a call to the company requesting they withdraw their services. I was denied my request, and threatened with lawsuits and abusive language.

DO NOT use this company, as they are untruthful and ineffective.
