Next-day-Pets is a company that takes breeders money to advertise their puppies with out any rules, regard or code of Ethics. They will take any dog breeders money.

Yet they will then warn in the 'forum' section that people looking to buy puppies not purchase from 90% of the breeders that are paying to advertise on their site. The moderators on their forum recommend a criteria that 90% of the breeders advertising on their site fail. The moderators recommend that people looking to buy puppies not go to a breeder that would require shipping, even though they know 90% of the breeders that pay to advertise on their site ship puppies.

The administration of Next-day-pets have also been told that specific breeders are being slandered/liabled on the forum section of their website. Most are paid advertisers, others are not. I have the names of 18 seperate breeders/kennels who have had their names/reputations dragged through the mud since 3/15/06 alone.in MOST of these situations they are being slandered by calling them 'back-yard-breeders or puppymills' by people who have never dealt with them, who live in a different state, and who have never met or spoke with these breeders in person or seen thier home of facility to make these assumptions. The forum section is harming 18 people's reputation, business and families. All of their personal information has been posted on the net and some are even being called, threatened and harrassed by the extremists on this forum.

Most of the breeders have begged and requested that the threads be removed, but next-day-pets does not listen. They are satified with ruining the reputation of the very businesses that are paying to advertise on their site. We have asked for better moderators, but the current moderators themselves are often joining in on the slander/liable comments.

Therefore as a group of breeders we are asking that the entire forum section be removed from the site, or we will seek legal help in shutting down the entire site and monetary damages.

Next-day-Pets is making money off of breeders hand over fist and they have an obligation to there customers to provide protection from slander, where it is not deserved or proven. If Next-Day-Pets truely cares about the quality of breeders that are allowed to advertise on their site then they need to create a 'breeders code of Ethics' similar to the one used on — . BUT then don't take the money from the advertising breeders they don't feel are up to standard.
