Trishas Balloon Creations did not pay for services rendered Ripoff

This person ordered a $450 website, and walked me through, step by step, what she wanted. She stated specifically that she was satisfied with the work, but was not able to pay. I have tried to get her on a payment plan, with no luck. I have not had any previous problems with clients not paying me so I was deeply disturbed by this fraudulent business activity, which hurt my business finances greatly.

When trying to contact this person, I found out that her business license was no longer valid, as it was filed under an old address and phone number. Also, trying to track her down via the internet was impossible, because back then, she used to hide behind a P.O. Box, and used someone else's cell phone to do business.

This person also has a BBB report against her. I was going to file a BBB report, but they do not handle contractor disputes involving employment. Otherwise there would be multiple entries on her account. So when you see her BBB record as unsatisfactory, rest assured that it was not me who caused this.
