Ripoff

On Sunday May 14th I placed an order for lipozene with their customer services department. However, on Monday I changed my mind and decided to call and cancel. When I called the person who answered said that no order is appearing on their system and call back in the next 48 hours. So I called back on Wednesday 17th, at that time I was again told that nothing is appearing and that it appears as though the order was not put through. However on checking my credit card account I noticed that an amount of $29.90 was deducted from my credit card account and that the transaction date was 23.05.06. I did not do any transaction with that company on that date but on the 14th May. Added to which they lied when they said that nothing was appearing on their system and therefore my order could not be cancelled. This is a big ripoff and I want my money back. I have not received the item as yet.
