Rotstein & Shiffman, LLP are NOT board certified trial attorneys. Not only that, but they are ambulance chasing, low settlement taking, manipulators. Check with the Supreme Court of Florida. Jonathan was suspended for over a year for falsifying documents and lying to the Florida Bar. He takes on too many cases for his incompetent paralegals (by the way, not one of them has a degree in legal studies) to handle and settles cases for much less than they are worth. You may think you are going to trial to get "justice" but all you are going to end up with is a last minute "I suggest you take this" settlement offer that is not worth the paper it is written on. I was a client at one point and when Michael showed up to my mediation, he had my entire file in his hands and after introducing himself, he stated to me "Let's see what this case is about." I had been a client for 2 years prior to this point. Unless your file has an emergency - meaning the Courts yelled at him for failing to meet a deadline or another attorney calls about your case - it sits on the file room shelf until it is brough to his attention.
