"net communications" bent over and screwed

It appears that "Dish Network" from Pasadena, California has independet contractors who go out and sign people up to get bent over!!!

I signed a 1 year contract for "Dish Network" through "Net Communications" based in Dallas, Texas. I have had the damn thing for 5 months and it hasn't worked right yet.

"Net Communications" sent some idiot named Josh to my house to hook me up. 6 hours later, I was finally hooked up. My primary receiver got MOST of the channels I was supposed to have. BUT, my second receiver didn't get even HALF of what it was supposed to.

Well, I FINALLY got them to come get the other channels working. Cool, they all work now. YES!!! BUT, the next day was the first of many days that I experienced the Dish's attitude of working whenever the hell it wants to.

Well, they FINALLY (after two months) decided to come check it out. He said rain caused the wires to catch on FIRE. So, he commences to fixing the problem. WOW, thanks dude. It all works again FINALLY.

Well, a couple weeks later, it decides not to work AGAIN. Call 'em up... Answering machine for days. FINALLY, got somebody on the phone. OH, we'll have to call you back...

3 days now, no call. BUT, that's not the worst of it. Remember the idiot Josh? He installed the damn thing on top of my house. Great job Josh. Today, once again, no freakin' signal. I go outside to survey the situation. OH GOODY, the damn DISH is hanging to the ground by a single cable. Single, because the other cable (which was FIXED with electrical tape) came completely apart. The thick ass coaxil is completely in half. NOW, my roof has holes in it, my dish is beat to hell on the ground, and my ass is sore as hell!!!

Call "NET COMMUNICATIONS" - oh yea answering machine again. Call "dish network"... Oh we're sorry, but that problem is between you and "Net Communications". AND if I want out of the stinking contract, I gotta pay "DISH NETWORK" $240.00 to get out of the damn thing. Thanks for the good screwing "DISH", may I have another.

If they come to your door, tell 'em to suck it for me!!!
