Ripoff, fraud, fraudultent

I joined NCOA when purchasing my phone off of Wirefly. I lost my phone a little while later and put in a claim. They denied because I was negligent. I gave them a solid description of when, where, and how the phone was lost. The agreement I entered into said they will cover loss. It seems like they've ripped off enough people to start a class action lawsuit. They owe me about $300.00 for the phone I lost.
