Ripoff Fradulent Billing Privacy Problems No Response From Customer Service dhl overbilled unresponsive

Ooh man! Talk about thick skulled companies. Add thick skinned to that. I have a DHL account I opened a long time back for I don't remember what. It asked me for company name and I put in Oracle because I worked there. Now someone at Oracle apparently got hold of my account number, mystery because I never gave it to anyone, so it must have been from DHL. They've been using it for their corporate stuff and DHL keeps billing me for it. Its a nightmare now. They have repeatedly stonewalled my attempts to get this resovled. When I sent them an ultimatum stating that I'm going to pursue this in court they promised to reverse the charges and after that guess what. Nothing! No credit back to my credit card account weeks later.

Moral of the story: Dirty Horrible Loser company is not going to get any shipping business from me for my lifetime. Wish me luck to get this crap resolved.
