Dishonest, lied, avoiding, Very dificult to talk with, false promises

I shipped out a slot machine with this company. They dropped it on pick up and i caught the machine in mid air before it hit the ground. It broke the coin tray off and driver said it would get fixed. I called eagle and a joe verati told me he would take pics of it before and after they fixed it send me photos via email befor it was shipped. Never got any emails or phone calls and they shipped it anyway. It showed up at its destination in even worse shape. Basically im out over $900 dollars no one at eagle wants to work anything out. I filed a claim they only offererd me $50 bucks. The company is not admitting that they are at fault. And i am the one out of the money. Very bad business!
