Non responsive, ripoff Kalamazoo Missouri

On 4-15 i ordered an item form doxylingerie.com with my visa card. I few days latter i wanted to know what the satus of my order is. Jennifer did email me back stating that my order should ship the middle of the week witch was last week.

Since the 28th of april i have been asking the same question and for a UPS tracking number. No responce as of yet.

All i want is a email stating the satus of my order and if i can get it in a resonable amount of time, ask of my money back or, dicuss option.

The products are good and thought it would be a great gift and that is what i was after.
