I am am an insurance agent who contracted with this firm to setup appointments with prospective clients at the rate of 6-7 appointments per week. I paid the firm $1,000.00 for 30 appointments.

So far I have had no appointments. The contacts made have all been hostile or non-responsive. Annuity Consult does not respond to my complaints about there failure to perform and refuses a refund. Annuity Consult ignores the agreed upon schedule. They refuse to answer direct questions. Their statement that customer service returns call within and hour is a farce as their customer service does not return calls.

In my experience, they are incompetents and liars. My business is being damaged by their efforts. I want money refunded, which they refuse.
