Ripoff, fraudulent business, thieves liars

I contacted the moving broker The Moving experts who recommended Diamond Van Lines to move my household goods from Orlando, FL to Philadelphia, PA in December. Because of the inflated moving price after I was quoted one price over the phone, I was unable to pay for my goods when they arrived in January.in February I got the additional inflated cost of $3,700 plus storage fees of $1,500 and was instructed to wire the money directly to Solomon Benamore, the president aka Sam's bank account before he would send my household goods to me. I complied. I have a bank receipt which confirms this transaction.

In February, I received part of my household goods from Diamond Van Lines which were damaged. I didn't receive the remainder of my goods and contacted Sam at Diamond Van Lines to complain. He has been assuring me and the broker that he would send the rest of my shipment as soon as he had another shipment coming to my area. That was a two months ago!

The Moving Experts also contacting Diamond Van Lines to ask as to the whereabouts of my shipment which he also promised them as well that he would send my goods. Diamond Van Lines has been paid IN FULL via wire transfer and have not delivered the rest of my household goods!

I still have not received the remainder of my shipment as of 4/28/06. The goods that I did receive were damaged as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or THE MOVING EXPERTS! They are liars and they will steal your money and will not deliver your goods. DO NOT USE EMPIRE MOVING because it is the same company as DIAMOND VAN LINES.
