Ripoff false confirmation multiple billings charged my account 3 times

I was called and informed that I was eligible for Gov grant money. They told me that I would recieve anywhere from $5000 to $25000 dollars to start a business or buy a house.
In order to recieve this money from the Government I had to pay $249.00. They insisted on my account numbers and routing no. After a few days another person would call, heavy accent that I could hardly understand and ask me if my routing and account number was * * * * *
When I said yes they recorded it and used it for a charge confirmation with my bank. When I figured out this false confirmation technique I said NO NO NO on the phone and they never called back. Iv since tried to reach them with no luck. Please help Ive lost over $750.00 and dont know what to do
