Ripoff. Tried to cancel school and was charged anyway. Dishonest values!

Wanted to cancel my sessions with this school. My schedule changed and I was no longer able to attend. I went to cancel the services and was told that I would only need to pay for the classes I attended. I later recieved a bill in the mail for the entire certificate costs. I tried to contact the school and was told that I had to pay the whole balance or I would be sent to collection. I was also called some very dirty names by the accounting manager and told that I was too stupid to complete the course and I only wanted a handout.
