Ripoff Tried to get bank account information stating I had won 815,250.00EUROS thet are BIG RIPOFF

I recieved a letter explaining I had Won the Loteria Primitiva even though I had not heard of such a Lotterey, and did not enter.

They send a questionarie for my bank records and asking me to sign basicaly giving my premmisson to raid my bank accounts.

I did't give them anything I looked them up then decided to report them to you.
