Shoecreations.com Bought some basketball shoes for my youngest son and didn't receive them or get my money back!

I bought some basketball shoes on January 2 for my 12 year old son and never received them. The money was sent through paypal. The website does not give their address, phone number or e-mail address. Also in the disclaimer it says that they are not associated with any real shoe company. The shoes are fake. I never received my money back and paypal wrote and told me that there was nothing that they could do.
