Ripoff hackjob, poor quality of workmanship, BEWARE shoddy work!

I will NEVER shop there again OR have any of my rings sized or stones remounted there!!!

They "remounted" my 3 stone diamond ring, poor workmanship, there was soddering marks all over the heads. I could not even wear the ring out in public. I had sat there waiting ("while you wait") for almost 4 hours. They told me to come back the following week to fix it. NO WAY!

The biggest mistake I made is putting a stop payment on the check. They almost had me arrested! It was a consumer dispute. So now I have to pay them for what??? I have nothing to show for it! Just the hacked up setting. They won't even take back the setting!

BEWARE of them! I DO NOT recommend R I Diamond Remount Center!!! I'll see them in small claims court!!
