Ripoff unauthorized billing to my credit card

I authorized great crates to pick up and store for 1 month the contents from an ex.

Great Crates agreed that they would pick up and store the items, billing me for 1 months rental and then contact my ex and bill her for the remaining months.

#1 Great crates billed my credit card for $275 without my authorization.
#2 Great Crates allowed entry into my storage POD without my written authorization.
#3 Although they switched the account into my ex's name they still billed me for the $275.

They were unprofessional in handling this matter and refused to refund my money.

I would NEVER reccommend Great Crates especially since there are so many alternatives such as Mini Mobile, PODS etc.
