Ripoff Pool Contractor Walked off Jo

Contractor walks off job after getting paid 63 thousand dollars for construction of a new pool. More details to follow. Cannot have a conversation with the guy without him screaming at both my wife and I. None of the subcontractors he promised to use have showed up. They obviously can't work with him either. We have paid every cent that the contract laid out. All he has tried to do is change the specs of the contract. Nothing has been done in over a month. We have a big piece of useless cement in the ground. He has failed a Gwinnett county rough electrical inspection. Blames everyone for his own incompetence. Now we'll have to file suit and figure out a way to finish the work. Beware. He's no general contractor..
