A dishonest, deceptive, fraudulent, victimizing, unorganized company. It should be "illegal for them to be in business"

I can't even begin to explain the horrible ordeal we have endured over the past 5 years with this company. Yes, we signed a five year contract and though they failed to uphold their end of the contract on several occassions, we were stuck!

I want to warn EVERYONE not to use this company. Save yourself A LOT of grief, even if you think you are saving money, you are WRONG. This company will cause you more money, time, energy, and pain than you can imagine!

I won't go into detail concerning the past five years. I will simply explain our most recent problem with this company. We signed a five year contract in which we had to pay an annual fee and purchase their propane during this time. At the end of the contract we own the tank and should receive a bill of sale in order to purchase propane from other companies. (Honest propane companies will not fill a tank unless it is theirs or the consumer can prove that they own it.)

We paid the tank off in June. Today is April 23 and we have yet to receive our bill of sale. We have contacted the company by mail, phone, and e-mail. Still, no bill of sale. We have contacted the Attorney General. They are very tied up in all of the other complaints about this company, not to mention the lawsuit.

Please, please, please... Warn your friends, family, neighbors, and people you pass on the street... Do not use this company no matter what they offer you. They are lieing. They will not give you what they promise. Even if it is a written legal contract. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.
