Defective mattress ripoff

I bought a mattress from Mattress Showcase not even a year ago and it's been sinking in badly for over 4 months now. I have tried to contact them several times, and was promised call backs, and they never happened. I have complained to 3 different branches of the store, with still no luck.
They came out to look at the mattress, and said they would call me within a week to further discuss my options, which never happened. I have called them several times requesting a reply, and they told me there were "stains" on the mattress (which there aren't) and my warranty was void. I was never furnished a copy of the warranty in the first place.
In reviewing the manufacturer's warranty, it states that the mattresss would be replaced or repaired without charge should the mattress be defective because of fault of worksmanship or structural defects. It is not simply the body impression that is defective about the mattress, only the outside walls of the mattress still have some amount of stability. Being that only I sleep on the mattress and I weigh less than 160 pounds, I can see no reason why a mattress that new would be sinking in that badly so quickly.
I have contacted the manufacturer, and they told me I have to deal with the store I purchased it from.
I don't know if they sold me a used mattress, but there is NO way a mattress should start sinking within the first few months of ownership, especially since only one person uses it.
I will never again buy anything from this store, as not only are there associates rude, their store owner is also completely unhelpful and unwilling to help me. All I want is either a refund, or a new mattress. I paid over $500 dollars for a mattress that no more than 6 months into owning, completely fell apart.
I am completely disgusted at the way they do business and don't trust them at all to get me a new mattress. I will never purchase anything from that company again and will tell as many people as possible about their business practices.
