Ripoff never received merchandise never replied to emails

I made a purchase with this company in February and the money was quickly taken out of my account. They said it will take 2 weeks to receive my merchadise but it's over a month and they haven't returned any of my emails and now i'm out of $147.00 and i don't know what to do now.
