Be careful when you fill out "singles surveys" on the Internet. It's how scam artists like "The Right One" get their next victims. Shortly after filling out a survey - I was called by a very friendly representative who scheduled me to see a "counselor". The "counselor" was no more than a high pressure sales person. I caved and forked over my credit card - only after waffling a little and the price came down.

I was told I would get one to two "matches" a month. What I wasn't told that women my age (50) outnumber men 6 to one. Over a period of a year, I was given countless "matches" and never heard from most of the men. I was also "matched" with people that were not in my age or location range. I was told "keep an open mind"

I met a total of two men. One was so far off the mark it was almost comical. The other seemed nice but he was looking for something younger. The company also has a high turnover and during "training" periods you won't hear anything. This is a real scam - preying on the lonely.
