SBC -AT&T ripofff fraudulant billing of $14.21 for something I never ordered

I received my sbc bill today only to open it and find that it had gone up. I checked the back and found there was a premium service called USA VOICEMAIL something i did not order, and the price was $14.21. I tried to call them and of course there was no answer, only open from 9 to five this was 5:15. So tomorrow morning i will be making a call and try to get this taken care of.
I will find out if this does any good, if not i will keep calling and not paying the $14.21.
