Phoney psychic, gets defensive and abusive, refused to refund my money, ripoff

I don't mind fake psychics, but this lady is mean and nasty. I bought a psychic reading from her on Ebay. She send me a "stock" computer-generated report, that was not customized to me. When I questioned this, she cussed and threatened to to leave negative feedback on Ebay. When I asked for money back, she called me derogatory names.
