Ripoff

I ordered the "free trial" for 6.99, sent a canceling email to the address listed in the fist page of the ad and got the shipment anyway. The ad said you could email OR call the number. I called the number numberous times before speaking to a rude individual who informed me there were no refunds and that I could not speak to a supervisor. Frankly I think all who have been ripped off should file a lawsuit against this company since when you cancel "shipping isn't stopped immediately" unless you speak to a person as I was informed today. According to the ad you can contact them within 14 days if you don't want the shipment and I did but guess what? Got it and the charge anyway! Definate Rip Off.
