Ripoff

My Grandmother ordered strawberries from these people on 2-26. They cash the check on 03-05-02 and guess what, NO STRAWBERRIES!!! This just sits me on FIRE!!! I cant stand for someone to be taken advantage of, and when it come to older people this just * me OFF!!! I want to know what to do or if anything can be done. $18.90 may not sound like ALOT of money but it can be used or should I say blown in better ways!!! Does anyone have any advice? Please help, these people need to be STOPED!!!
