I too also got this letter 3 times within 1 month saying I too won 3,330, 000.000 and to send in a fee for processing of $20. I could tell this was a scam. Did you see the part about don't tell anyone you've won! What a scam. I never sent any money I just ripped the letter up!
These spammers never stop trying!
