Ripoff, Fraud, dishonest

Placed my 3rd order on 1/28, billed my cc right away, almost 2 months later. No cigs (a lousy 2 cartons) Have called 6 times, put on hold for over an hr. Everytime. Emailed them 8 times. Say they shipped, but never recieved, then they say oops no they weren't! Will update if I recieve. But so far very dishonest, fraudulant, and so much more. Bad to deal with
