Will use any means to rip you off!

We were contacted just last week by the Platinum Television Group stating that they were interested in running a TV show on Ergonomic products and procedures, which is our specialty, and wanted our opinions and further information about our company. We set an appointment for a few days later to speak to Mike Rudnick, the man in charge of their renowned TV show, "Pulse on America".

Before the set phone appointment, I did my homework on the Platinum Television Group to find that they were likely unethical and not anyone we wanted to be involved with. However, I took his call to be polite and see exactly how unethical this company really was. What I found was that they will go to ANY length to get your money!

On our web site we offer, free of charge, a Bible CD called BibleInfo.com. Mike had obviously done his homework, because when he started to get the feeling that I was not interested in him, he told me that he was a Jewish Christian and that he had lined up the Platinum TV Group with a company called BibleInfo.com. He said that the Platinum Group would be featuring the BibleInfo.com company on their renowned TV show, Pulse on America.

I immediately called the company who makes the Bible CD's to warn them of the hoax. I spoke directly with the head of marketing and advertising matters. He had never heard of the Platinum Television Group, and was not planning on doing any such television program. The fact that what Mike Rudnick lied wasn't a surprise, but it did fuel my anger that the Platinum Television Group would stoop so low as to use one's religious beliefs to trap them in a scam!
